WORK AND TRAVEL ADVICE by: Toni

Work and travel is an exciting time for university students across the world. Some advice that I will give based on my experience participating on the program are:

1. Be open minded and friendly.

2. Lock up your bags and passport whenever you leave your home.

3. Don't piss off your manager.

4. Be reliable and on time.

5. Give Americans and other J1's the benefit of the doubt.

6. Take care of your self and do not neglect your health.

7. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

8. Tell your manager or supervisor if you can't do something.
